After pressing play button, nothing happens.

I was having the same problem.

If you haven't figured it out yet, recommend trying to run it directly from the game folder. When I tried that, it at least gave me an error message that it was missing "mscvr120.dll."

I followed this link/guide (https[colon]//www.groovypost[dot]com/howto/fix-visual-c-plus-plus-redistributable-windows-10/), and downloaded the 2013 (x86 AND x64) 2013 redistributable packages. I'm able to run it now, but it's unplayable given that the graphics on the map selection screen are displaying incorrectly for me. Still trying to sort that one out...
