Hello.

I have owned this game for a few months but have never tried to play it. If I click on my desktop icon for the game, GoG Galaxy opens but the game does not start. If i click on the play button for the game in GoG Galaxy the game does not start. There are no errors that appear. The game simply does not start. Any suggestions?

Thank you.

Also, I now get the error MSVCR120.dll not found try reinstalling. I reinstalled twice with no luck.

Hello,

According to my research these are libraries that have been incorrectly installed, I assume that you have placed the.dll file or the installation is no longer valid for some reason.

The library that poses a problem is:

Library Runtime Microsoft Visual Studio 2013.

I propose you a link to download it:

https://support.native-instruments.com/hc/fr/articles/209571689-Message-d-erreur-Windows-fichier-MSVCP120-dll-manquant-

As the site is in French here is a translation in English:

"If you receive this error message about a missing DLL file, you will need to install Microsoft Visual Studio 2013 Runtime Libraries. Download them here: Redistributable C++ package for Visual Studio 2013"

If you are using a 64-bit version of Windows, install both files: "vcredist_x86.exe" and "vcredist_x64.exe".
If you are using a 64-bit version of Windows, install only "credist_x86.exe".

I hope it will help you, let me know.

There are English versions of those pages if people want to use them. Apparently I can't post links right now but if you change the /fr/ for /en-us/ you'll get English versions.
