Upon starting a European map, the game crashes. It runs a Random map just fine.

Windows 10
i5-4690K@3.50GHz
16GB memory
GTX 1070 8GB

Anyone encountered this before? Is there a fix? It happens on my original CD install of Imperialism II as well.
