I may have missed it, but is there a way to select a widescreen resolution?

I've tried messing around with the registry and different config options but nothing is working for me either. What a horribly optimized game. Regretting getting this one. If you can't play a game on widescreen, what is the point?

Tell Me about it. I made the mistake of trying to bump up the resolution. Got nothing but Blue screen "Not Supported" no reset. Have to crash PC. restart. Tried to uninstall and re-install. same thing. so now i have finally removed it from my system. did a restart and Now trying a fresh download. See what happens now
