I purchased the game a week ago and was getting ready to DL today, but it is not showing up in my games anymore. It is offering me a refund, but I want to play it.

Was it removed due to bugs and will it be returned when fixed?

It's still in the store. I don't own it so can't be sure, but it sounds like a hiccup with your library. You see if an account refresh helps: https://www.gog.com/account/refresh
