After having had a difficult start (and I don't just mean the game itself), I can finally say "thank you" to either the gog team or Paradox or (most likely) both for providing the 1.3 update and DLC for Imperator: Rome on release day - and for all systems.
This is really important to me (and I guess afew others as well) who, as a Linux user, had to wait several days for the 1.1 and 1.2 updates to be available. This really means a lot to me, because I finally do not get the impression of being a "second class customer" anymore, thank you!
Now all that's left to do, is to convince Paradox to implement the gog api for achievements/trophies and shortcuts... and to convince gog to release a galaxy client (and have "proper updates") for linux... but both of those are matters for different topics...
