I already have EU4 on Steam. However, if I purchase Imperator on GOG, am I able to use the pre-order DLC with my EU4 copy on Steam?

I really want to start moving across to GOG thanks to the free-DRM but I'm already heavily invested with Steam so I need to be careful....
