Well, since you're not giving us too much information: What have you tried? Have you logged into your paradox account from the launcher? Have you connected the game to your paradox account from within the paradox page? Have you definitely played in ironman mode?
Now, I might be wrong about this, but to the best of my knowledge you'll see achievements only from your paradox account/forum page and not from GOG Galaxy...
