Honestly think the reviews are dead wrong, played for some seconds and loved it.
Maybe most people are clinging to memories of older games and can't enjoy this one...

Only think it should have more enemy variety, that's all. Would love to see some content patches/DLC.

Also, spent two hours playing it just now, every single weapon plays completely different, well done!

Out of curiosity, are you considering adding perma-upgrades for runs? (other than the weapons)

Likely, there wont be too many major changes to the base game (the 20 stages + boss). But we are exploring some ideas that would add more variety to the game (possibly new mode / map / etc). Still in the prototyping and fun-gineering stage.
