When I run the game in full screen mode, the setup menus only display a portion of the menu (the upper left portion), so I can only select a few of the options. This doesn't happen in windowed mode. Changing the resolution doesn't help. I am running Windows 7 64 bit and using an NVIDIA Geforce GTX 260 video card. Any help with this problem would be much appreciated.

The only thing i can think of is have you updated your graphic card drivers?
