when i download IL-2 it asks me where part 4 is but when I do that it it says it can't find it but when i download part 4 it doesn't work

It could be because Part 1 is the setup file, and the first part of iL-2 is actually part 2 and part 4 (the one you want) is part 5

Try downloading part 5 and see if it works :)
