My TrackIR works for other games, but for this one it doesn't. I don't even get the second green light show up on the camera, as it doesn't recognize the game.

And I don't understand how to set it up in game settings.

Check the conf.ini to see if trackIRUse=1.

You could check this, in the main menu under setup, then under miscelaneous there is 6dof, the headmovement sliders should have some value and shouldn't be all the way to the left for TrackIR to work.
