Had this game from gog for about 2 years now. One day it jsut stopped working and started asking for the cd??? Ive tried multiple re-installs...I tried using the notepad trick to stop explorer from running it. Is my fav game now doa?? I dont have the cd....i used to put it no longer works on windows vista x64

Write to GOG support. I own the DVD version along with the GOG version and neither one asks for a CD/DVD disc.
