You have wasted you money if you are on windows 10 or up, this game will not work

It's working here, I'm using this game and Windows 10 since 2018, I never had a problem except a couple of bugs with sea which were easy to fix.

Any tips on how you got it to work on windows 10?

I don't think he lied. the game runs perfectly on my machine as well, with this very same OS.
if It doesn't work for you, or some people, don't generalize; try to understand why he is not fonctionning instead, case by case and don't jump to this sort of conclusions.
Every PC setups have differences on game location installation, driver setups, etc... that could lead into a non working game for any kind of reasons.

Uh, you're talking crap. It works just fine on Windows 10.

Turn off "Data Execution Protection" and it should run - i had still configuration issues though.
