It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

I can create a character, but when I try and start the game, I get a screen stating that I have the wrong disk. I attached a screenshot.

Any ideas?

Did you happen to patch the game after you installed it? If so, reinstall and do not patch. GOG's games are patched to the latest version.

If this isn't the issue, there are a couple other things to try:

1) make sure you install the game outside Programs or Programs(x86) if you're on a win7/Vista rig.

2) Run the game as admin, and run the installer as admin as well.

3) Make sure you antivirus is not interfering with the game's executable. You can go into your AV's setting and make an exception for the game if need be.

That's all I can think of at the moment.

I re-installed outside the Program Files directory and it worked fine. Thank you much for the advice. :)

Sorry, but I don't see how to mark your reply as the answer. If you tell me how, I'd be more than happy to do so...

My first post and all...
