Well I personally either use scripts to automate the procedure described above, or if I can't be bothered with scripts I just use the console. So in your case then I'd just use the console.

Yes I have. Never used the harp though. I fail to see the greatness of one extra heal spell, especially when other party members can cast mass heal several times per day.
