I have a full party created with six characters. During gameplay, I can only move them around as a group. I can't select a single character to move around/perform actions. I tried clicking on the little icons on the right side of the screen and clicking on the character itself. But it only lets me move my party around as a group. What the heck am I doing wrong? Is this a glitch?

Sounds like a glitch. I'm not aware of any setting that locks all characters together. And if you click either on the portrait or the character itself, it should give you control of just that single character.

Have you tried using the 1-6 keys to select them individually rather than clicking on the portrait?

Bevinator, I think you fixed my problem as well. I was only able to select/control one specific character, rather than the whole party. I think you may have helped to fix my issue. :)
