Well the issue is that i make it to the point were you agree to the url i beleive its called but the legal issues thing. anyway once i agree to that i click install and it says that it cant move into the folder. i tried to move it to a different file or to name a file and put it in that and the issue keeps popping up. i never had this issue before on my pc but i recently got my new dell laptop and wanted to download it. i dont know all the specs on my laptop that well but it is newer model with a good deal of memory free. im not sure of the issue is but it says movefile failed;code 5 acess denied. any help would be most appreciated.

Windows 7 I assume? If so, right-click the install file and select 'Run As Administrator'. See if that makes a difference.
That did not seem to work. the same message pops up. i currently have it saved to my laptop and tried right clicking that. the green start instilation button did not pop up anything and the file being run as administrater didn't work. i could check if it is windows 7 wich ithink it is but i might be wrong. thanks for the suggestion though.
