I am not sure if this is the right place to post this, but....

I have attempted twice to contact Customer Support regarding this game and its multi-player mode.

And on the submission page it says: "Your message will appear in your "My Account" page in about 5 minutes. "

And I have yet to see either message posted in my account, (yes I was taken to the sent confirmation page after clicking send).

Am I not looking in the right place under the MY ACCOUNT tab?

Ok let me see if I understand correctly, are you having problems with multiplayer on Icewind Dale 1? That's an easy fix. I haven't used it yet but I've seen it work, download GameRanger, is a program (or something) that helps on old school games to create new multiplayer games and run better. If this is not your question please ignore this message.

Currently that feature in My Account doesn't work. It's one of the things that got lost in the shuffle when the site came out of beta. Apparently they're working on getting it going again.

Still trying to troubleshoot this matter and it is for IWD2, not IWD... But thank you for the reply
