Ok, so I made my entire party on IWD1 and start the game. After the intro much to my surprise only my first main character and some random second character is there instead of the six guys I made. So I start over and do the process again with a different main character and not only does it reduce the number back from six to only just two characters the main character that I made reverted back to the first one automatically and I can't change it no matter what I do.

How do I fix this problem with my party? i can't have six characters i create for an unknown reason and my main character is always the same guy I made the first time no matter what.

Weird issue. What OS? If you're on Win7, be sure to run the game as admin, and it may help to set it to Win XP compatibility mode.. Ideally, though, you should re-install to a folder other than Programs or Programs(x86). Something like C:\Games. Win7 often messes with saves if installed in the default location.
