Specifically which games (full title). Not to mention basic system info.

Icewind Dale Complete
Icewind Dale II

Mac Pro 2.66 Ghz Quad-Core Intel Xeon 12 GB RAM Mavericks 10.9.5 AMD Radeon HD 7950
I tried both on a late 2015 iMac Sierra 10.12, but they worked just fine. This was fullscreen. I didn't try windowed. If you didn't already know they are the Windows versions run with Wine via Winekin. If you right-click & Show package contents you should see Wineskin.app. You could try switching to the X11 driver by unchecking the Mac driver.
GOG installer is using a quite old version of Wine (engines in Wineskin parlance). It might be worth updating to a newer engine. You need to download Wineskin Winery first, get the engine and update the wrapper.

Updating the wrapper engine to WS9Wine 1.9.5 did the trick :)

I also did a wrapper update.

Thank you
