red.mini: I'm having the same problem with IWD2 but that DDraw link wouldn't work for me, and there's nothing on the NVIDIA website. Happen to know anywhere else to find it?

Coelocanth: Try accessing the link from This post. Seems to work for me that way.
I tried using OpenGL mode with ID1 but it didn't solve the problem. I then tried running the patch and it said the file was successfully patched. However, when I then try to run ID it says, "This application has failed to start because nvdddf.dll was not found." I have this file in the ID folder.

Any suggestions?

***Update: Nevermind. I needed to update some drivers and then OpenGL solution took care of it.
