So I decided to begin a new playthrough of IWD and I found some new little things I've never seen mentioned in any walkthroughs:
1. If you use ranger's charm animal on the wolf in Aspel's workshop, he'll just peacefully run out of it. This gives you a non-violent way of dispatching him.
2. It's no secret that you can get a moonstone gem by using a bard to talk to a townsperson in Easthaven but you can also do something similar with a dwarf and get an andar gem (say you're reclaiming the city).
3. If you attack the hermit in Kuldahar's pass, he'll just cast some weird green spell and vanish.

If you found any similar little easter eggs, please post them here.

All things I didn't know. Wow, and I've played through the game more than 2 dozen times. An actual use for Charm Animal. Who knew? lol

Something I didn't discover for quite a number of play throughs:

In Kuldahar if you talk to one of the townspeople with a Cleric (or Paladin, IIRC) you can follow a convo line about Ilmater and get some XP, which is fairly common knowledge. The part I didn't know for a long time is if you talk to them again with a Druid, you can follow a convo line about nature and receive another XP award.
