Hello!

I started a new game, I created a new party, and I saved the game after exchanging the starting dialogs.
After I applied the FIX PACK and the TWEAK PACK (I discovered them later) ... so I have a simple question ... I have to start again a new game or loading that saved game I'll be able to play with all the fixes/tweaks anyway?

That early, I don't think it will have any negative effects.

However, if you are that worried, you could always export your party, re-import, and start a new game.
