I've tried everything and its driving me bananas. I don't want to play IWD through again with those grim faced portraits they provide. I've tried every solution and the game just won't recognize any custom portraits. Never had this issue before with infinity games.

I'm running Win 10 and the portraits folder is in the recommended Users...IWDEE folder but it won't recognize any portriats I've thrown in there and I've tried like three or four different packs (all targeted for IWDEE).

Has anyone had a successful attempt at this and what folder and pack did you use?
