- Crashes all the time.
- Low frames when any spell effects are active.
- Crazy unbalanced fights all the time.
- Oh heres a cave were you CANNOT rest and theres 100 hook horrors. GOOD TIMES!!! LOL!!!!

When you get to the cave with hook horrors, there are these little pockets at the sides of the cave. Go in to one of them, clear it out if needed, and have your tanks at the entrance. Take your ranged (you should have two), and have them focus fire the horrors behind the ones fighting your tanks. When those horrors get to your tanks, it will be easier on them, and you wouldn't have to worry too much about heals. You should still keep an eye on your tanks' HP, and heal when they are about half HP.

As for your casters, have them cast web, grease, or some other AoE control spell behind the monsters your tanks are fighting. There will be a time where you have to lure some horrors to your group. Cast haste on one of your tanks, and kite them to where your party is. Rinse and repeat the previous steps, and you are done.

It is the strategy I used to play. Useful but somewhat repetitive. That's why I lost my interest after reaching chapter 5.
Some walkthrough said there are going to be more storytelling at this point, but I just feel tried and give up (twice).

Lots of crashes and performance issues....yes. You are absolutely right. I love the game, but...yup.

Dunno about the unbalanced fights though. It felt pretty balanced to me.

There are parts that can be overwhelming, especially if you are a beginner. The siege of the palisade and the assault on the goblin fortress are like this. Late game is a breeze, especially if you have a barb in your party.

Yeah the barbarian in the 3ed was badly broken.

I usually used a paladin, a barbarian with 4 fighter levels. A cleric, a druid, a bard and a wizard with points in thief skills
Seemed to work well.
