I'm in Dragon's Eye (Icewind Dale 2), I read in a FAQ that in the prison are there should be a NPC named Nheero but he isn't there. I think it's a glitch. Is there a console command to spawn him?

Nheero can be killed, for example if you have been using AOE spells. If that's the case, go back to a previous save.
