I'm having some trouble getting the game to launch. I had a similar issue a few years back (can't recall if it was Win7 or 10) but the fix I came across for it then to just open Config and switch the resolution to 1024x768 no longer works.
I open the game and I can see my desktop like normal but my mouse disappears and doesn't respond unless I move to the taskbar. I asuming this is the area where the game is supposed to be but it never starts. I opened it and let it hang overnight and I did end up getting a black screen with the in-game cursor revealed but it was unresponsive.
I have tried compatibility for Windows 7 and XPSP3 but they don't seem to make any difference. Has anyone else run into a similar issue on a Windows 10 machine and know of a workaround? I see Windows 10 people playing it here so I am hopeful that there is a fix out there!
