So I'm in the 2nd level of Dragon's Eye and I'm just getting my butt handed to me at this one part.
I've tried sneaking just one character down in hopes of pulling the first troll (this was a tactic i figured would work and in fact was recommended when I searched online) but it just doesn't work, the Troll ends up coming and bringing EVERYONE in the room with him and all my guys get paralyzed by priests and then destroyed by the trolls.
Any Suggestions?

Depends on your party, but what I do is pull everyone back to the top of the tunnel that leads into that room. Buff everyone with everything you've got. Send a character down to pull them up the narrow corridor to your waiting party. Lay out a field of AoE spells - web, spike growth, grease, and if you have them: skull trap, fireball (once they're trapped in the brew), and maybe Silence 15' Radius (to shut up those bloody priests if they're hanging behind). Hit anything you can see with ranged weapons. Finish off the trolls with the fire pots. By the time your AoE spell durations run out, you should pretty much have wiped the floor with them. If there still seems to be a fair number of them left, then refresh any spells that run out. This always works brilliantly for me.

*edit* The character pulling the mobs should be hasted. (Well, everyone should). That way he can run back to your party fast enough that you still have time to lay out that brew of AoE spells after he arrives back and he won't get caught in it.

oh man totally didn't even think of memorizing a silence spell for those damn mages, definitely going to re-work my spells and try a bit of that.
Thanks
Usually you can pull enemy in sight and finish them off without drawing other enemies attention, however the area you are running into is an exception, and there a few more in the game.

My strategy is sending one member to draw their attention, unleash some fireball, fight and withdraw to the level entrance. Replenish spells on the upper level, come back and continue the fight. They will return their starting area when you are in the upper level, so you should have enough time to prepare.
Summoning undead can also help out because they're immune to mind affecting spells and can keep the enemy occupied and make them deplete their spells.
