Hi. I'd like to translate the gog version of Icewind Dale/Heart of Winter in Italian.

The internet says that I could actually install the latest 1.42 italian patch and the job would be done, but being the gog version already patched, I can't seem to install it!

Is there any way to change the language of the game or, at least, do you happen to know where I could find the dialog.tlk files?!
