i bought the game reinstalled and re-downloaded and this keeps happening, when i set it to Single player and when it WOULD go to the Character creator instead it goes back to my desktop the screen goes black and my taskbar is there, anyone know how to fix this?

Turn off your anti-virus program and try again?
