Hey all, I posted this in the main forum but thought I should also post it here. Some modders have converted IWD to the NWN 2 engine. I hear they are still working some bugs out but it is fully playable with all the original voice acting and everything. Unfortunately I can't play it as I don't have NWN2 (the sooner GOG gets it, the better).
