does Icewind Dale Enhanced Edition include both "Heart of Winter" and "Trials of the Luremaster"?

The normal edition does, according to the topic "IWD Mod Guide & Install Order", but what about the EE?

Yes, they're both included. And they work the same way: you can start HoW from the original campaign or the main menu, and you start Trials from the HoW campaign.

Also for the hint how to get to TotL; I only remembered how to get to HoW.

Talk to Hobart and he'll teleport you to TotL (He'll drop you straight into combat though)
