I swear to god I feel like punching my fist through this game right now.

I can't run it in fullscreen, because vids keep minimizing my screen as long as they're running and then the game just locks up completely, along with most of my computer - I have to CAD my way out of it. Which is ok - because I want to run it in windowed mode anyway, at a reasonable resolution.

But I can't actually scroll the FOV in a windowed mode. I can use the Up/Down/Left/Right tangents, but they are incredibly slow and choppy.

I can swear that when I was playing back in the day, there was a way to make the viewing field move in the direction in which I pointed, like holding down middle mouse button or something, but I can't find it or get it to work or remember how.

I really want to play this gem again, but if I can't scroll the FOV efficiently, I'm really not going to bother, because I'm just going to go fucking nuts over it.

(FOV = Field of View, the piece of any single map we're actually viewing at any single moment)
