i BOUGHT THE GAME icewindALE 2 FROM GOG. HOW CAN I GET THE CHEAT WINDOW TO OPEN SO I CAN I INPUT CHEAT CODES?

Also, the Caps Lock key on your keyboards lowercase your letters so you won't look like you are yelling.

Go to the directory of the game, use config.exe and activate the cheat mode.
Alt + enter to minimise the game, alt + tab to open the cheats that you have here "https://gamefaqs.gamespot.com/pc/552350-icewind-dale-ii/cheats"
