Actually iwd worked perfectly fine for me about a month ago. I updated my nvidia 220M drivers twice since then and nothing else changed. I play the same installation I playrd then (with widescreen mod).

That page you directed me to refers to Torment, but I'll try using that windows compatibility tool tough. Thanks for that.

Didn't need it tough. :D
I simply reinstalled icewind dale with the same mods and all works fast. Something must've gotten damaged during that month.
Anyway thanks for the help. I'll be playing BG1 sometime too so I probably could use the info you gave me.
