IWD2
I modded my game (Light of Selune, Ease of Use - Both of these have plenty of Bugfixes and Balancing factors and a few "life made easier" things), with no issues. Was great.
Then I found that one of the first quests after clearing the goblins was not working. The NPC that was supposed to have the item Flask of Braegh did not have it.
After reinstalling and installing mods one by one (and option by option. 22 options in Ease of Use alone) I narrowed it down to the Ease of Use mod, option for Randomized Treasure.
I looked all over and as best I could tell, there was no solution and above that, no one had reported the quest failure.
I very well could have overlooked it.
Regardless, I improvised a solution when I saw my search wasn't getting me any help.
Open Setup-IWD2-Ease (the .TP2 File) using notepad. Choose Edit, Find, and type in Braegh. The line that comes up with that name in it, delete it from existence. (or you could just CUT it to a separate notepad or write it down to remember and have it for reference if things ever went sideways)
Save It (Save it, not save as, to keep the .TP2 suffix not .txt. Not sure it matters but it probably does).
Walll LAaahhh. The Flask of Braegh is no longer randomized and the quest can be completed and still enjoy Random Treasure drops.
