I own both the original game as well as the enhanced edition. I fired up the EE last night and the graphics don't seem to look like the screenshots posted by Beamdog. Are there graphics or resolution settings I am missing? Thanks

Not much in the way of graphics options, unfortunately. Font Size, Full Screen, Hardware Cursor, Scale User Interface and Zoom Lock are all I see. It could be the screenshots from Beamdog are from a pre-release build and somethings were changed between when the screenshots were taken and the release?
