I already have Icewind Dale 2, so is there any point in getting the "Complete" edition? What does Complete have that the base game doesn't?

The 'Complete' version includes the Adventure Pack, which is bonus items sold by two merchants.

No. The Adventurer Pack was originally given away free with pre-orders, and then it was included (free) with collector editions, and in this case with the GOG 'Complete' edition. The only thing you'll be missing from the original pack is the collector cards, poster and bonus gameplay CD. Bottom line: not worth re-purchasing.
