For some reason my theifs detect/find traps isn't working? When i click I find traps nothing happens?

What exactly do you do ? How high is your skill ?
It takes some time and skill to find traps. Disable AI so it doesn't override your search, stand near the trap, press the search button and wait.

There's something to click on the lower right corner of the adventuring screen.
