out and about you can find a few dead bodies that you can pick up, is there any reason for doing this? can you rez them, help them, do something with them, or are they just filler material to make you lug them about thinking you can do something with them. I found a male body and female body I think in the orc fortress or ice castle somewhere, forgot I had them and realized they were still in my bag of holding.

I've never found anything to do with the human bodies, although there are a few new dialogue options if you have a dead cat. Try taking them to a priest or casting a resurrect spell on one and see what happens.

Near the end of the game there will be a dialogue option with a particular monster. Having the bodies would come in handy there.

Without spoiling anything I'd say throw them away.
