Got a copy for a friend and was "inspecting" it. Installed ID2 to check - yup, it's the GOG release. Even has the "goggame.dll" file in the game directory.

I've heard some of the other games in the pack have peculiar directory setups which make it hard to install patches. Had no trouble with the ID2 Tweak Pack. It's possible the other games are different.
