Just finished HoW, exited after killing everything, ended up in a small room but can't select anything. Mouse pointer works, the characters complain as they are bored! Has anyone else had this problem? Is ther a fix?

I haven't encounter this situation, but there may be a workaround.
Export your characters and import them again, see if it works.
