I've tried running it as admin and I've downloaded the June 2010 pack. I've restarted my computer and I still can't get it to launch. It acts for a moment like it's going to launch and then nothing happens. I'm using XP 32-bit. Any ideas?

Try running setup-ddrawfix.exe & either uninstall it, or reinstall it with Force DirectDraw Emulation.
