I'm Going In 1
Yeah, is there any chance GOG will get the first game?
Codemasters owns the IGI franchise but the publishing rights for the first game probably still belong to Square Enix (Eidos). So unless one of the parties buys the rights or a third party like Nightdive steps in it won't happen.
In the end it all boils down to if they can make a profit out of it after paying all the lawyers and paperpushers.

This is all speculation from my side of course.

Codemasters have their heads up their asses -- Operation Flashpoint Dragon Rising should have had much greater support than it got, would have led to a wider and more dedicated audience than it had. And the subsequent full-blown botch of an attempt at a sequel (Red River ...ugh, I shudder to even utter the title) was abysmal on nearly every level. I hope someone with dedication and substance can relieve them of the IP's they no longer deserve, IGI included, if that's the current case with this underrated series.

I want igi 1 too, it's awesome!
2018. Please do it until this world is over, GOG.
2020.Still waiting and still needed :)
I would buy Project IGI day one if it showed up here on GOG.
I was curious about why the first game from 2000 is not on GOG, but the sequel is. Where it at? Where it at?
2023 and still nothing :) At this point, it should be treated as abandonware.
I've installed it from the cd to Win10 and I'm using dgvoodoo. It works fine except when I quit the game an error window pops up saying "one block of memory has not been deallocated", and then the desktop is all messed up. Pcgamingwiki has no info on this error. I'm kinda worried it might somehow mess with the OS or memory.

I'd like to bump this. Remember the first level of the game so well.
