Is it just me or is the 'shopping channel' that comes up when you get to Public Relations lv. 4 completely broken? I tried it twice and there is a bunch of dialog about what they are selling but I never actually get the option to buy it. A window starts to appear and then immediately vanishes and the segments ends.

I tried using the 'L' key or Enter to advance through the dialog but it made no difference. It still skips past the choice.

There were several other parts of the game where a window seemed to appear and disappear instantly but it didn't seem to be anything important.
