I just bought DLC pack 2 and installed it but when I launch the game it is not available in the DLC menu. Does it require DLC pack 1 to work? The store page did NOT say that it required DLC pack 1, and I don't have it.

How do I find out if I have the latest patch version of the main game? I tried downloading the 1.0A to 1.0B patch and running it but it wouldn't install. Maybe that means I already have the latest version, I don't know. Downloading the entire game again is not an option at the moment because I only have a few GB of mobile data left for the month.

According to Galaxy, the latest version is 1.0(C). Since you used the A to B update and didn't work, it means you have the oldest version. The B to C update is 1.1 GB on size, don't know if it is an option for you.
How many DLCs are listed? if the list goes up to 09:Additional Content Package 3, you are on the oldest version.
Your best bet would be downloiading the updated game installer...

That's right, the list goes up to #9.

Guess I'll be adding it to the backlog of stuff to download...
