LeonardoCornejo: Well. The enemy known as Heavy Tank in Avenir Storage No. 4 won't drop its only item drop no matter how many times I kill it. I have read it is a common drop. Am I doing something wrong?
Extremely late reply, just happened to be browsing through various forums of games I own. You've most likely got the item already, but will put this here in case anyone else wonders the same thing.
You aren't doing anything wrong, just having bad luck. It took me ages to get the drop from that enemy also, Unexploded Shell if my memory serves me. There are ways to increase the item drop rate (
discs you can burn stuff to in different cities), so that might help to overcome those issues a bit. Otherwise it's just hoping for the best, preparing oneself to re-fight the enemy till eternity in hope of getting what's needed.
