The subject says pretty much everything. I can play for a few minutes and then everything goes silent. It has happened twice now. I really cannot imagine playing without sound but I am just getting started and I want to keep playing.

Playing on windows 7. I'm not sure what version of the game.

This seems to have cleared up on its own. I did do a verify and repair but I don't remember it downloading anything else--although, it did re-install the visual c++ libraries.
