Whenever I get to the combat section of the introduction/tutorial, it becomes impossible to progress any further. It seems like enemies are supposed to spawn for you to learn melee attacks, but nothing spawns. You can still proceed on with the tutorial despite this. The next area teaches you how to use range attacks, but none of my range attacks can hit the bubble/blob. I've tried dozens of times. I reinstalled the game. I tried K&M once I got sick of making no progress with the controller. Nothing works, and I get the same result every time. At this point in the game I cannot progress at all

I did a quick search and found a steamcommunity post and there are several other people there, all GOG users, that have reported the exact same problem. Anyone else having this problem? Any ideas? I think the game looks like fun, so it's a shame.
